Express Processing
Our optional Express Processing service gives your order priority during the production process once we have received and approved your usable impressions.
Express Processing reduces the estimated production time from our standard 15–18 business days to approximately 8–10 business days for full dentures, partial dentures, and Nesbit/flipper appliances.
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Production time begins only after we have received usable impressions and all required information needed to begin your case.
Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Shipping and transit times are not included in the estimated production time.
Your order must be paid in full before production can begin.
Express Processing applies to production time only and does not include expedited shipping.
Extended Warranty
In addition to the upfront cost of your Extended Warranty, a fulfillment fee may apply when warranty service is requested.
There is no fulfillment fee for approved warranty claims submitted within the first 90 days following delivery of your completed full denture, partial denture, or Nesbit/flipper.
After the first 90 days, the following prorated fulfillment fees apply:
91–120 days: $79
121–365 days: $99
If your warranty claim is denied, or if you choose not to pay the applicable fulfillment fee and proceed with the warranty service, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the denture or appliance submitted for warranty evaluation.
Warranty coverage and applicable fulfillment fees are subject to the Extended Warranty period purchased with your order.
